What To Do Right Now

Knocked-out tooth

Hold it by the crown, not the root. Rinse gently, and keep it in milk or inside your cheek. Call us immediately.

Severe toothache

Rinse with warm salt water and use an over-the-counter pain reliever as directed. Do not place aspirin on the gum.

Broken or chipped tooth

Save any pieces, rinse your mouth with warm water, and use a cold compress on the outside of your cheek.

Swelling

Apply a cold compress in 15 minute intervals and keep your head elevated. Do not apply heat to the area.

If you have facial swelling that affects your breathing or swallowing, uncontrolled bleeding, or a jaw injury, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room first.

We accept all major PPO dental insurance plans and our front office works with your plan directly, so your benefits go as far as they should. Prefer to pay directly? Self-pay patients are always welcome, with a written estimate before treatment begins.

A note on state plans

Our office is not contracted with Medicaid, Apple Health, or state-funded plans, and we are unable to schedule visits under these plans.
